After sitting for five weeks through that Rigged Trial in Lower Manhattan, which was surrounded by vast but unnecessary numbers of New York’s Finest in order to keep law abiding MAGA patriots away, and as I watched insignificant numbers of fully funded Radical Left troublemakers, with brand new and gleaming professionally made signs, screaming and cursing from areas said to be closed to us, and all others, I realized that Reason, Truth, and Love of our Country is no longer a force of Good and Change. These are Dark Days in America!
Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick: “The Judge is absolutely corrupt…The Judge kept an Expert Witness on Campaign Finance from testifying that the President did not break any Campaign Finance Law…This is a Show Trial like you would see in some Tin-Pot Dictatorship in a Third World Country, or in North Korea, or China, or Iran, or Russia. No one would ever imagine that this would happen in America and, if they can do this to a former President, they can do this to you and any American. Remember - THERE IS NO CRIME, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY WRONGDOING, but they are persecuting and prosecuting President Trump because they know they can't beat him in November….

My bookkeeper called a “Legal Expense,” on the “tiny” description line of the Ledger, a “Legal Expense,” openly paid to my lawyer, at that time a fully accredited one. I was not involved in that designation, but what else would you have called it? It was, in fact, a LEGAL EXPENSE. That is the so-called “CRIME.” On top of that, I wasn’t allowed by the judge to use, in any form, the standard RELIANCE ON COUNSEL DEFENSE (ADVICE OF COUNSEL!). My lawyer, at the time, did virtually everything on the NDA (NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT), and I assumed that what he did was correct. I did nothing wrong, and frankly, there was nothing done wrong - NDA’s are standard, commonly used, and LEGAL. MAGA2024! WITCH HUNT! IF THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ME, IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE!

Not only did this HIGHLY CONFLICTED, BIASED Judge, Juan Merchan, prevent me from presenting the fact that I did not take a Tax Deduction on the Legal Expense (which was marked, correctly, as a Legal Expense), the Judge also did not allow my lawyers to get Tax Records from the former attorney, whose name I am not allowed to mention due to the UnConstitutional Gag Order imposed upon me. Alvin Bragg’s team has essentially converted alleged misdemeanor offenses by claiming that the business records fraud was intended to cover up an underlying illegality. Does anybody ask why the Government, under Soros backed District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, failed to bring in a Long List of Witnesses that they so viciously threatened everybody with? The prosecutors didn’t use them because these people would have been very bad for the Government’s Case! But remember, this is all under the auspices of the DOJ and White House, for the purpose of Election Interference - These are the Thugs and Monsters who are destroying our Country.

Gregg Jarrett: “The Sixth Amendment requires prosecutors to inform every defendant ‘of the nature and cause of the accusations’ against them. The deliberate refusal by the prosecution to do so in this case is an egregious violation of a hallowed constitutional right. Only in closing arguments —after the trial testimony concluded and all of the evidence was presented— did the prosecutor finally reveal the enigma: it was a federal election crime. But wait. He then contradicted himself by claiming that it was a state crime. Which is it? As a matter of law, neither. It can not be the former because a local prosecutor has no authority to enforce a federal law. And it can not be the latter, because it was a federal election, not a state contest. State law has no application.”
Gregg Jarrett: “The booking entries occurred in 2017, the year after the presidential contest ended. It’s factually impossible to influence an election when it is over. Regardless, there was no credible evidence that Trump had anything to do with the accounting methods or even knew about them. Why would he? He was the CEO, not the bookkeeper…Who exactly was defrauded? Voters who had already voted? The government which received full payment on all taxable income? The Federal Election Commission (FEC) that concluded the money paid did not constitute a campaign donation under law? Prosecutors never actually disclosed the lynchpin of their case during the trial because they could not. There was no fraud and no conspiracy. It is that simple. Moreover, without a primary crime, there can be no secondary crime… It is classic ‘lawfare’ —weaponizing statutes not because the law has been broken but because the accused poses a political threat.”

I never knew Shannon Bream was so “naïve.” In her interview with my Representative, Alina Habba, Shannon just suggested that Crooked Joe Biden was not involved in my Show Trial. HOW STUPID! Not only is he involved, he is virtually leading it, and all of the other Trials as well - Meaning, his people, because he’s not mentally sharp enough to lead anything! Just take a look at the DOJ/White House Thugs involved, and everything else. Biden is incompetent, and feels that Weaponization is the only way he can win.
